when I called for an appointment I got one the next morning at 8:30 other garage door companies I had to wait like a week. One the guy that came out to fix my door was pleasant knowledgeable and on task. Before he left he made sure that everything else I had was working well besides what he came for.
Both garage door openers were aging and, noisey, and began opening randomly. Called Pikes Peak and they not only provided excellent advice, but also a high quality set of products, at a reasonable price and then installed them, same day, with superb efficiency, expertise, and friendly service. Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. We called a couple of places but only Bob gave us an estimate (which was very reasonable and he stuck to) and an ETA (which was also very reasonable and was spot on). He replaced the spring and got our door working just about an hour after he arrived and our weekend was back on. In 2022 I built a 2-car garage/shop. I had a contract a contract in May of 2022 with a competitor. After waiting for 6 months and numerous misleading excuses I never received my doors. In reference to Pikes peak overhead doors.They installed 5 doors for me . Their products and workmanship are both excellent. Robert’s communications and follow up was great.! We had one issue with a cosmetic problem with one door , they promptly replaced the affected panel. I highly recommend them!
We had damage to our garage door and two other local companies gave me a runaround for months about the damaged door no longer being manufactured. It is in fact still being made and sold. I called Pikes Peak and the owner Bob answered. He did an accurate estimate for the panels that were damaged that day and explained other options to replace our door. We are in the process of purchasing a new door from them because they value honestly and customer service as much as I do.

I called this company plus two others for a quote. They were the only ones to get back to me, I had a new garage door by Friday afternoon. 10/10 would recommend. I wouldn’t expect that speedy of a service all the time but, it happened for me.

I think these doors are the best, I have an insulated one with fixed windows and I love it! It warmed up the garage 30 degrees and the glass even helps to transfer some heat..great product , great company! I will never use anyone else.

Our garage door decided it was done closing and wanted to stay in the open position. Checked all the normal culprits (sensors, etc) and couldn't figure it out. Called Pikes Peak Overhead Door and was so surprised they could squeeze us in that very same day! Within the first 5 minutes, Bob could see one of the tracks was misaligned and he fixed it right on the spot. He also gave us a tip for when the time comes to replace the spring... our garage door was unusually heavy because the tension wasn't set correctly. Who knew?! Will definitely use PPOD again and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage doors.
Best service and garage door options we found in town. We purchased an oversized CHI door that is filled with urethane for the best R-value insulation from Bob and his team and it’s still beautiful after 2years. Expect honest advice and American made products.
Our garage door spring broke last night and I had made a note to call and get it repaired this morning. I realized late in the day that I had forgot to get the spring repaired. I called Pikes Peak Overhead Door Company at 3:15 PM and they had a crew come out and repaired our door by 4:30 PM! Incredible service that is much appreciated!
Bob was very responsive in his emails and phone calls. His son, Brandon came out and fixed our garage door the day after I contacted them. Luckily, a wire had come loose and Brandon found the problem right away and he fixed it quickly. Both men were very friendly and customer-oriented. Thank you!
I bought a house and the doors did not have openers. After the initial inspection it was determined that I would require side mounted openers as my ceiling was too low for regular ones. At no fault of the the company (side openers are more touchy than overhead ones, and harder to see problems at first), one of the doors had massive issues into the future, and I had to have them come out a couple of times to finally get the opener and door to work properly. As all the work was under warranty I didn't have to pay a penny on the other visits - no arguing, no haggling, no reimbursement process, nothing - they just came and fixed the problems. Additionally, after my initial install I was able to do a split payment (waited for my full tax return) without interest, financing, etc. Honest people working for an honest buck.
We had them out 2 different times. First was to replace a damaged door panel on our barn, and door seals on 2 other doors. Shortly after, a spring broke on one of the door, they replaced it. Both repairs done promptly, quickly and skillfully. Highly recommend them.
I've been a long time customer of this company. They respond quickly when I call them for service. They have installed new garage doors in my home, repaired damaged ones, and inspected and serviced the doors. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I appreciate that they don't push anything, but tell you honestly if a replacement or repair is necessary. Their prices are reasonable. PPOD installed the garage doors on our new home. They were very responsive, professional, and did a great job. When our door openers gave us a minor technical problem, they came out and promptly corrected it. While the technician was there, I pointed out that some light was visible under one corner of our 18 ft door seal. He adjusted that door and corrected the issue immediately. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Thanks PPOD.
Our garage door on the home we had just bought was not working properly. The tech fixed it quickly and showed me that it was something pretty simple that I had overlooked. I really appreciate how professional he was and that he showed me how to fix it myself the next time. Then since it was such a simple fix, he took time to adjust and tighten everything just to make sure everything was running optimal. Super friendly, super helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Spring broke on our big garage door trapping work vehicles inside. The crew helped get the heavy door open enough to get the vehicles out then took the spring to get a new one. They were back and had it fixed that same day :-)

Called them at 8:30 in the morning and they were able to respond by 10:30 that day. Fixed the issue and gave a tune up to my door when they finished. The other company I contacted, still hasn’t even called back…4 days later.

Pikes Peak Door performed a miracle today. Our garage door reached crisis stage Saturday. It was sagging in the middle and wouldn’t close. After calling a couple of businesses who needed 30 days to order and one business who said they had emergency service (sure, they never called us back), we called Pikes Peak Door first thing Monday morning. We were nervous wrecks with the door hanging open. Scott took my call and sent Keith out immediately !! He had a new door in by 2:30 pm at a reasonable price! Wow!!! I can’t say enough to praise them! Too bad more businesses don’t operate this way.

Pikes Pead Overhead Doors added a new dimension to the words "customer service"! Over the weekend, my garage door would not function properly. A major winter storm was coming in on Monday afternoon with snow and severe wind chill. I called Robert and he scheduled his tech to my house first thing Monday morning! I wish I could remember the tech's name because his service was amazing. The tech targeted the issue quickly and was even more efficient in resolving the issue. They were great! I called on a Saturday morning (of Memorial Day weekend) with a broken spring. Bob (the owner) was here in a few hours, fixed it professionally in about 30 minutes, and even gave the door a "tune-up" and lube! I found the price very reasonable. No weekend surcharge, either!

These guys did amazing job. First off the process of choosing our door and its specifications was very daunting. However., Robert and one of his young tech guided us through the process with charm and perfect details. Next was the schedule for delivery and install that was faster than we expected. Installation was perfect and later adjustments were a breeze as the doors (we have a 3-car garage) settled in their tracks. It is now a few years later and the performance is perfect. But the big bonus was having insulated doors protecting us from winter cold and summer heat while the beautiful appearance of the garage doors has gathered positive attention from the neighbors and passersby. Garage spring broke, we were gonna replace it ourselves, called around and Pikes Peak Overhead Door was by FAR the cheapest. Went to the office for the spring and inquired what their earliest service appointment would be. Lo and behold they could service us literally within the hour. Needless to say we didn’t replace the spring ourselves. The technician Mike called ahead while we were still on our way home, showed up within 10 minutes and had the spring installed in no time. He also lubricated the rest of the door hardware and calibrated it. Awesome job and thanks for the quick service!!!

They had the spring in stock that I needed and beat Overhead Doors, who had to make the spring, and would have been $20 more. Even though its only $20, it shows he's a not a price gouger and he is good businesman, who takes care of his customers. The owner was busy, but he waited around for me to come pick up the spring. He let me know to call him if I had any questions or needed help. Strongly recommend.

Oh my...they did great! So easy to work with. Bob and Brandon know their stuff. Best price compared to three other estimates. Order went in...within 10 days the job was done. Even better was their help in assisting us with design and color. We were really concerned how this would turn out and surely didn't want to make a bad choice. One other detail, the use C.H.I which had exactly the color and design we wanted. Of the three estimates we got, C.H.I was the superior choice.
